Smart women entrepreneurs came on a platform
Girls are creative minds. Therefore, smart women entrepreneurs emphasized formulating an F-commerce policy for ordinary entrepreneurs to capture the market outside the country by focusing on manufacturing and marketing innovative products with domestic equipment and not imitation. At the same time, they demanded to keep the specialized products of women entrepreneurs in every foreign embassies of the country.
Entrepreneurs made such a demand at the Smart Women Entrepreneurs Policy Dialogue held at the capital's RAWA Convention Center on Friday about the problems, prospects and future actions of Facebook-based women entrepreneurs in the country.
In the meeting organized by Women and E-Commerce Trust, the country's largest platform for women entrepreneurs, the admins of about 30 Facebook-based groups of women entrepreneurs, who participated in the meeting, stressed the importance of creativity in e-commerce, moving forward from imitation in e-commerce. For this, the participants made a multilateral agreement in the meeting to move forward together.
WE Founding President Nasima Akhter Nisha intend to take argent steps to prevent popular Facebook pages from being 'disabled' while speaking as the President at the Policy Dialogue. And, she advised not to report any issue of the group members, strictly follow the copy pest content and move forward through mutual friendship.
Nisha said, many people say that women cannot see women well. But we want to break this impression. We are working to break that. But to do that we need to know the problems of women entrepreneurs all over the country. That problem should be identified and solved. That is why this policy dialogue is organized. One by one we want to move forward. We will organize a grand WE Summit where the problems of women entrepreneurs specially in online will be highlighted.

WE Trust Advisor Jahanur Kabir Saqib, Executive Director Irene Parveen and Director Imana Haque Jyoti were also present on the occasion.

In the meeting, the speakers referred to this year's budget as women entrepreneur-friendly and took that opportunity to highlight the issue of increasing the participation of women in the capital market. They said, although there is free training, many women are not taking this opportunity. Girls are more resilient and energetic than boys. So this time she announced to come together on a platform. It is informed that a smart women entrepreneurship partnership for the next 5 years is being planned for this platform.
In the discussion, Chaity Farhana Rupa of Oikya Foundation said that various trainings are given from their platform. Some courses are offered only at Tk. 50. Though, many of them want to become entrepreneurs from there, but they are not able to do a good business due to lacking of financial capacity. If they can be financed then they could emerge as entrepreneurs.
Nusrat Akhter Lopa, founder of Hur Nusrat, said, we have seen many people who want to become entrepreneurs. They also took training. But it is seen that many people go to work with beauty parlor, but because of lack of real knowledge about makeup, they cannot do it properly. In that case they need proper training and education. That has to be done.
Meanwhile, Mahima Bobby, the founder of The Cafe Rio and Alokito Nari, said that you should be an entrepreneur with unique products. Entrepreneurship is not just about clothes or selling clothes. Perishable products need to be looked at. Without innovation chip price fight not last longer. We should take care about our caritive mind and quality of product than quantity.
